Coffee Bean Vet Returns & Exchanges
At Coffee Bean Vet, we want you to love your coffee and gear. Please review our guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Coffee Beans & Tea (Perishable Goods)
Policy: Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans.
Our Guarantee: If there was an error with your order, if your package arrived damaged, or if you are completely unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us at chris@coffeebean.vet within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of any physical damage so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Taste Preferences: We understand that flavor profiles are subjective. While we cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences, our team is happy to help you find a different blend or single-origin coffee that matches your palate. 
    2. Merchandise, Apparel & Equipment
    We accept returns on non-coffee items (mugs, brewing gear, apparel, etc.) within 30 days of the delivery date.
    Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    Exclusions: We do not accept returns on used brewing equipment (unless defective), gift cards, or sale/clearance items.
      3. How to Start a Return
      Do not send items back to us without initiating a request first. Email us at chris@coffeebean.vet with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
      If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label.
      Optional Shipping Note: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
        4. Refunds & Processing
        Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
